SQUIRREL NESTS
Let yourself be surprised by our handcrafted wooden tents, combining nature, comfort, quality and originality, and set off to discover the Diois landscapes!
Our wooden tents are 100% handcrafted and eco-designed with noble and local materials. They are located on shaded pitches at the municipal campsite ""Les Écureuils à Recoubeau-Jansac"". On the hazelnut-shaped wooden terrace you can cook and eat comfortably. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, or even a couple or friends looking for accommodation with simple, high-quality comfort. Each cabin is rented separately. It is possible to rent both cabins for a family or a group of friends.
The equipment
- 2 beds: 2 single beds (70x190) or combined into 1 bed (140*190)
Optional: Bedding + towels
single bed kit (70*190) : €10/bed(1 x fitted sheet, 1 x flat sheet, 1 x pillowcase + 1 x 0°C sleeping bag + 1 x hand towel)
- Private kitchen (hob, kitchen utensils and cutlery, French press, jerrycan of water, basin, cooler with ice pack, etc.)
- Covered terrace, electrical connection, lighting.
- Garden Lounge
- Possibility of recharging electric bikes.
- Collective sanitary facilities a few meters from the cabins.

In the village of Recoubeau you will find a grocery store, a tobacco bar and in summer, a municipal swimming pool! (open from July 4 to August 24, 2024)
Pricing and Payments
Single person rates: 39 to 49€/night
Duo rates: from 49 to 59€/night
Reservations from 1 night all year round and 3 nights from July 13 to August 23.
The customer's bank card is only taken as a guarantee, you can pay on site and choose another means of payment (card, cash, checks, holiday vouchers, etc.)
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the first day of reservation, beyond that, total stay amount due.
Animals
We happily accept animals at the rate of €2/night/animal. In addition, we ask owners to respect a few rules:
You will need to keep your pet on a leash on the campsite. The animal cannot be left alone in the accommodation. It is imperative that the cabin is left perfectly clean. Dogs of the 1st category "attack dogs" and dogs of the 2nd category "guard and defense dogs" are prohibited.
